Damage Deposit / Dog Stay

Thank you for booking Soillerie House through booking.com. In order to complete the booking, a damage deposit needs to be paid - booking.com does not allow this to occur through the booking.com website so it needs to be done separately, here on our own website.

The damage deposit is as per our terms and conditions and will be returned within 7 days of the end of your holiday less the cost of damage / breakages / losses / costs associated with excessive cleaning.

Bookings made with an arrival date less than 8 weeks from the booking date must be immediately (3 days grace will be allowed). Bookings make with an arrival date longer than 8 weeks away, the damage deposit must be paid by arrival date -8 weeks (E.g. A booking made in March for a stay with arrival November 25th, the damage deposit must be paid for before October 30th).

If a booking was made greater than 8 weeks from arrival, the booking will be cancelled if the damage deposit is not paid by 7 weeks before arrival. For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, a booking will be cancelled if the damage deposit is not paid within 3 days.

If you would like to bring a well behaved dog to the property, this carries a surcharge of £20 - again, this is not something that can be administrated on booking.com easily so your cooperation in purchasing this is appreciated. Please only buy this if you intend to bring a dog.
